Guarantee
If you have cause for complaint within the statutory warranty period, return your pan to
your specialist retailing, along with the till receipt, or package it well and send it with a
short accompanying note, describing the defect, directly to:

The guarantee excludes natural wear of the non-stick sealing and damages which are
caused by incorrect use (e.g. overheating), discolouration or scratches, damages caused
by knocks, bumps or falls and incorrect cleaning. Purely visual signs of usage, e.g. dis-
colouration due to cleaning in the dishwasher, discolouration caused by grease etc. are
also excluded.
