Now, you can put the food in the frying pan. Reduce the energy supply and cook your
food for the desired time.
If your pan is equipped with an optical temperature indicator, place the food in the pan
as soon as the flame guard‘ s colour turns from black to red. Then you can reduce the
energy supply.
Never heat up your pan without contents, or there will be a risk of overheating. If it has
been overheated, turn the burner off and leave your pan on it to cool down. Do not cool
it in cold water!
Fat fire:
If oil accidentally catches fire, do not extinguish the fire with water. Suffocate
the flames with a suitable lid or a blanket/hand towel. Switch off the burner and leave
the heated pan to cool down. Do not cool it in cold water!
