a) If applicable, observe any particular health and safety or accident prevention
regulations governing the use of compressors and compressed devices.
b) Ensure that the maximum supply pressure specified in the Technical Data is not
exceeded.
c) Do not overload the device – use it only within the performance range for which
it was designed (see “Technical Data”).
d) Use non-hazardous lubricants. Ensure the workplace is adequately ventilated.
If there is a large amount of discharge: check the device and have it repaired if
necessary.
e) Do not operate the tool unless you are completely focused. You must be alert,
pay attention to what you are doing and proceed cautiously when working with
a device. Never use a device when you are tired or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol or medication. Just one moment‘s carelessness when using the device
can cause serious injury.
f) Make sure your workplace is clean and well lit. Untidy or poorly lit workplaces
can cause accidents.
g) Keep
devices away from children.
h) Do not store the device outdoors or in damp conditions without protection.
i) Protect the device, especially the compressed air connection and the control
elements from dust and dirt.
Residual risks
Even if you use this device in accordance with instructions, certain residual risks
cannot be rules out. The following hazards may arise in connection with the device
construction and layout:
1) Lung damage if no suitable protective dust mask is used.
2) Damage to hearing if no suitable ear protection is used.
3) Health damage caused by hand-arm vibrations if the equipment is used over a
prolonged period or is not properly guided and maintained.
