9. REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL
The safety information from section 2 “Safety” must be observed.
DANGER!
Risk of crushing!
There is a risk of crushing limbs from tipping over or falling of the magnets
during removal of the circular magnets.
■
Persons may only be present outside of the hazard area. Do not stand
under suspended loads!
■
Secure the circular magnets and system parts against falling or tipping
over. Only use sufficiently large load attachment devices for transport.
■
When lifting the circular magnets, only use suitable and approved lifting
gear which is designed for the weight of the circular magnets.
■
Use the lifting threads on the larger pole plates.
■
Do not use any magnetic lifting devices!
The components of machines and systems are recyclable materials.
They must be reintroduced into the recycling process as per the WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU.
■
Dispose of the permanent magnetic circular chucks according to the applicable country-specific
regulations.
