This Wind speed & direction indicator with Alarm receives signal data from Aero plane type wind speed &
direction sensor, and then processes the data using the built-in microprocessor to display various wind
speed and direction information and to output alarms.
The digital screens on the display make it easy to read instantaneous and mean wind speed and wind
direction. (It is necessary to switch between displays of instantaneous or mean wind direction by changing
the setting.)
There are three levels of alarms for wind speed: alarms 1, 2 and 3, each of which can be set for the desired
instantaneous or mean wind speed by using the push-button switches on the front panel.
There is also a wind direction alarm, for which a range of wind direction can be set.
Each alarm signal of Alarm 1, 2 and 3 is output via a relay contact. When an alarm is activated, the alarm
light turns on and the buzzer starts sounding.
In addition, external output by analog and digital output (RS-422) are possible at option.
