Clock Programming - Configuring Messages
1. Message Number - The activation number for each message. For example, when Input 1 is activated on
the Input Box, the text entered for Message 1 is displayed.
2. Speed - Sets the Scroll Speed of the message. Higher numbers are faster scroll speed.
3. Text Field - Enter the text you wish to display here.
IF THE FIELD IS LEFT EMPTY, ACTIVATING THE
INPUT WILL COMMAND SECONDARY CLOCKS TO SHOW THE TIME.
4. Blinking Messages - Check the “Blink” box if you want the message to blink while being displayed.
5. Test Button - Click on the “T” button next to the test field to see the message appear on the clock at
the selected scroll speed.
6. Update Messages - Once each message has been entered and tested, click on this button to upload
the message configuration to the clock. Messages on “SBDconfig-MSG” will not be saved to the clock
until this button is pressed.
7. “Read Clock” will always leave messages blank, you cannot read messages already in a clock.
