Use the 24V socket (1) to power or charge 24V electronics
only.
Battery Disconnect Switch
The machine is equipped with a battery disconnect switch
(1). When the switch is moved to the OFF position,
electrical power is disconnected from all machine systems.
Turn the power off when securing the machine for the day,
or as needed when performing service.
To disconnect the battery power from the machine:
1. Move the key switch to OFF.
2. Open the left rear access door.
3. Turn the battery disconnect switch (1) to the OFF position.
4. Close the left rear access door.
NOTICE!
• Never turn the battery disconnect switch to
OFF while the engine is running.
• After machine shutdown, wait at least 1
minute for the engine control module (ECM)
to complete its shutdown before turning the
battery disconnect switch to OFF.
Failure to follow this notice could damage the
machine or cause it to operate improperly.
