PULLEY REMOVAL
(Common to HEAD DRIVE TYPE and CENTER DRIVE TYPE)
Drive Pulley Removal
①
Remove drive cover.
②
Slacken belt. (See p.13.)
③
Loosen hexagon socket set screws.
④
Pull out drive pulley.
Squeezing Pulley Removal
①
Remove drive cover.
②
Slacken belt. (See p.13.)
⑤
Remove C-form fixing ring with a pair of snap pin pliers (special tool for C-form fixing ring of shaft).
⑥
Pull out squeezing pulley.
Head (or Tail) Pulley Removal
①
Remove drive cover.
②
Remove belt. (See p.13.)
③
Remove pulley cover. (Alternatively loosen the screws and slide pulley cover.)
④
Remove C-form fixing ring with a pair of snap pin pliers (special tool for C-form fixing ring of shaft).
⑤
Pull out head (or tail) pulley.
