Please report all serious incidents occurring in connection with
the product to the manufacturer and the competent Land autho-
rity (in Germany, the competent authority is the Federal Institute
for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM)).
If the solutions proposed do not solve the problem, please cont-
act customer service or your dealer.
Connection problems BLE
The Bodypack does not connect with the Smartphone.
1.
→ Check if the battery of your Smartphone is charged with
more than 20 %.
→ Check if the battery of your Bodypack is charged with
more than 20 %.
2.
→ Finish the Saneo4SPORT App completely and switch off
your Bodypack.
→ Switch off Bluetooth in your Smartphone and switch it on
again shortly afterwards.
→ Start the App again and follow now the instructions in the
App
3.
→ Go to „Settings“ and afterwards to „Connect with
Bodypack“.
→ Follow now the instructions in the App.
Connection between Bodypack & Smartphone stops
The maximum BLE radio range is 10m and can be signifi cantly
reduced by structural features, as well as by too many Bluetooth
and WLAN devices in the immediate vicinity.
1.
→ Check if the battery of your Smartphone is charged with
more than 20 %.
→ Check if the battery of your Bodypack is charged with
more than 20 %.
→ Make sure that the distance between bodypack and
smartphone is <= 10m.
→ Reduce the number of active Bluetooth & WLAN devices
in your immediate environment.
2.
→ Finish the Saneo4SPORT App completely and switch off
your Bodypack.
→ Switch off Bluetooth in your Smartphone and switch it on
again shortly afterwards.
→ Start the App again and follow now the instructions in the
App
3.
→ Go to „Settings“ and afterwards to „Connect with
Bodypack“.
→ Follow now the instructions in the App.
Battery does not charge
The Battery LEDs of the Bodypack do not fl ash during char-
ging process
→ Check if the charging station is correctly connected with the
power plug and a socket.
→ Put the Bodypack with the writing and whirl upside and visible
on the charging station.
→ Pay attention that the Bodypack fi ts into the charging station
(LEDs of the Bodypack and LED of the charging station point
forwards).
App cannot be installed
•
To be able to install the App on the Smartphone, please
observe the System requirements.
•
Possibly, you do not have enough storage capacity on your
Smartphone
Stimulation interrupts
•
Please check if you are in suffi cient proximity with your
Bodypack to your Smartphone.
•
Control if the electrodes really adhere to your skin and if the
lead wires are connected correctly with the electrodes as
well with the Bodypack
•
Check if the charging status of your Smartphone as well as
of the Bodypack is more than 20 %
Stimulation aborts - warning sign appears
Display pacing interrupted
(Symbol appears and fl ashes)
•
Check that the electrodes are sticking correctly and that the
electrode cables are correctly connected to both the electro-
des and the bodypack.
•
Moisten the adhesiveness of the electrodes by moistening.
If the adhesive surfaces of the electrodes are used up, the
current distribution is no longer guaranteed. Please replace
the electrodes.
