Is the LCD back light turned on?

-  If you press the Play/Pause button to

turn on the power while the Menu
Set button is held down, you will get
to the program support mode.

-  This function is reserved for future

upgrades. Do not use this repeatedly
(intendionally or otherwise) since
doing so may cause damage to the
product.

Is the total memory displayed on
the LCD?

The device is in format mode(see
below on formatting details).

Remove and then replace in
the batteries.

Press the Repeat button or
remove and then replace in
the batteries.

Reset function (All data on the Voice Yepp will be erased.)

When the Voice Yepp does not operate correctly due to some external
influence, perform a reset.

When you turn on the power by pressing the Play/Pause button while

holding down the Folder button, the Voice Yepp’s total memory size will be
displayed.
At this point, press the Delete button. The Voice Yepp will be reformatted and
all settings will be restored to defaults.
