4.1.8. Network
‘Network’ is to configure network information.
Configuring Network Port
1. Select [Setup] – [Network] menu. ‘Network’ window appears.
2. Configure ‘Control Port’ and ‘Player Port’. ‘Control Port’ is to transmit live video to client and ‘Player
Port’ is to send recorded video over the network. Default ports are 5600 and 5601 respectively and
change port numbers if they are blocked on the network.
3. Click ‘OK’ button.
‘IP Address’ of Network Recorder is set automatically by the program. It uses
the same IP address of a PC where Network Recorder program runs. Remote
user should register Network Recorder (Server) to Network Manager (Client)
with this IP address.
Note
Network Recorder uses two ports; ‘Control Port’ and ‘Player Port’. When
registering Network Recorder (Server) to Network Manager (Client), user
should enter ‘Control Port’ as port number.
4.1.9. Change Password
For the first time, user may login the program as an ‘Administrator’ whose default password is '12345’.
Changing Password
1. Select [Setup] – [Change Password] menu. ‘Change Password’ window appears.
2. Enter current password and new password.
3. Click ‘OK’ button.
