4.1.3. Assign Manager
‘Assign Manager’ is to assign components (camera, sensor and relay) from the registered devices to channels
of Network Recorder program. Through this menu, each component of devices is mapped with each channel of
Network Recorder program. After the entire process, the assigned component (camera, sensor and rely)
appears in the mapped channel of Network Recorder.
Sensor inputs and relay outputs are assigned to Network Recorder independently to cameras. Therefore it is
necessary to assign sensor inputs and relay outputs to Network Recorder in addition to camera assignment.
Otherwise, sensor inputs or relay outputs cannot be used in Network Recorder.
Assign Camera
1. Select [Setup] – [Assign Manager] menu. ‘Assign Manager’ window appears.
2. Select ‘Camera’ tab. Cameras are listed in the selected window. For sensor or relay assignment,
corresponding tab shall be selected.
3. Select a camera in the list and click ‘Assign’.
4. Name the channel and assign a camera. Enter camera name and description of the Network Recorder
in the upper fields and assign a camera in the lower fields. With ‘Preview’ button, user may confirm the
assigned channel with live video.
