3. Enter a new category name in the Add category
dialogue box using the Text Entry screen.
4. Tap the
OK
button to exit the Add category dialogue
box. You can view the category you create in the
Category screen.
5. If necessary, repeat steps 2 through 4 to create more
categories.
6. When you are finished, tap
at the top right corner
of the screen to exit the screen.
To assign the record to a category:
1. In each application, tap
at the bottom of the screen
or tap
Tool
and then
New
to create a new record.
2. In the new record screen, tap the
Category
field.
3. In the
Select
tab of the Category screen, select a
category from the list.
4. Tap
at the top right corner of the screen to save the
selection and to exit the screen.
To edit a category:
1. In the Address, Schedule, To-do, Memo and Money
applications, select from the following options:
• Tap the category field at the top right of the screen
and select
Edit...
from the drop-down list.
• When you create or edit a record in each application,
tap the
Category
field and select the
Edit
tab on the
category screen.
