The color of rectangle
shows the type of each
schedule.
-red: all day schedule
-blue: appointment
-green: meeting
-orange: telephone
-purple: etc.
-yellow: memorial day
Tap the date to move
directly to the Day View
screen for that date.
Month View
The Month view provides an overview of your monthly
schedule. Each type of appointment is assigned a square
icon with a different color. All day appointments are
shown as a red square.
To view your schedule for the month:
1. On the Schedule screen, tap the
Month
tab at the
bottom.
2. Tap the date which has the appointment you want to
view.Your PDA phone moves directly to the Day View
screen for that date.To view the details on the Day
View screen, see page 7-18.
Tap the right arrow to
see the next month or
the left arrow to see the
previous month.
Tap in the middle to
open the calendar to
select a specific month.
Search icon
Tap to create
a new
appointment.
