Editing an Appointment
On the Schedule screen, you can edit an appointment.
1. Select the appointment you want to edit from Day,
Week view, tap and hold the appointment you want to
edit. When the pop-up menu displays, tap
Edit . OR
when the View Schedule screen appears, tap Tool and
then Edit .
2. The Edit Schedule screen appears. Change the
information in the same way as you would when you
create a new appointment.
3. When you are finished, tap at the top right corner
of the screen or tap Tool and then Close to save the
changes and close the screen.
Deleting an Appointment
1. Select the appointment you want to delete. When the
View Schedule screen for the selected appointment
appears, tap
at the bottom of the screen or tap
Tool and then Delete .
Or on the Day or Week view screen, tap and hold the
appointment you want to delete. When the pop-up
menu displays, tap
Delete .
2. When the confirming message appears, tap Yes to
delete the appointment.
Sending an Appointment
You can beam the current appointment to another PDA
phone using the IrDA port. Tap
Tool and then Send Via
Beaming . This feature is only available in viewing
schedule window.
