Use the
Format
menu options to adjust the format of
the selected cell, row, column, and sheet. If you want
to freeze panes on the workbook, select
Freeze
Panes
. You might want to freeze the top and left most
panes in a workbook to keep the row and column
labels visible as you scroll through a sheet. To release,
tap
Freeze Panes
again.
5. When you are finished, tap
at the top right corner
of the screen to save the document and exit the
screen.
The workbook is automatically saved as a MiniSheet
workbook named “Book1.”
Viewing and Editing a Workbook
On the MiniSheet list screen, you can create a copy,
delete, beam, rename, or move the selected workbook.
1. On the list, select the workbook you want to view or
edit.
Note
: If you stored the workbook in your optional memory
card, insert the card and select
SD
in the
Documents
.
2. Tap and hold the item, and then select an option you
want from the pop-up list.
3. To open a document, tap the document you want.
