Advanced Calling Features
Making a Call from Addressbook
You can store the phone numbers you call regularly in
your Addressbook. You can then simply recall the number
to dial.
1. To open Addressbook on the Phone screen, tap
at
the bottom of the screen, or tap
Tool
and then
Address
.
2. On the Address screen, use the tabs alphabetically
indexed at the top of the screen to quickly locate the
contact you want to call, tap an hold the contact and
select
Phone call
from the pop-up menu.

Making a Call from the Quick Dial List
When you assign phone numbers to one of the speed-
dialling keys, you can dial them easily on the Phone
screen. For details about storing a quick dial number, see
page 5-4.
When the Phone screen displays, you can use the
following ways to call the quick dial number:
• If the quick dial number is stored in the R-UIM card, tap
and hold the last digit of the corresponding quick dial
key until the number dials.
• If the quick dial number is stored in Addressbook, tap
the corresponding quick dial key and then tap and hold
on the front of your PDA phone until the number
dials.
