4. Troubleshooting

Paper jam inside the machine (Jam Registration)

CAUTION

The fuser area is hot. Take care when removing paper
from the machine.

1) Open the right door.

2) Remove the jammed paper by gently pulling it straight

out.

3) Close the right door.

Paper jam inside of the machine (Jam at Fuser out)

CAUTION

The fuser area is hot. Take care when removing paper
from the machine.

1) Open the right door.

2) Open the fuser cover. Then remove the jammed paper

by gently pulling it straight out.

3) Close the fuser cover and the right door.
