5. Parameters
5-67
• When the motor is used in the high-speed range, the acceleration stall
prevention level is automatically lowered to provide smoother
acceleration.
• P2.03 limits how much the acceleration stall prevention level is lowered
so that it isn’t lowered any more than necessary.

Enabled (when braking device is not used)
• When setting1 is selected, the deceleration time is extended automatically
so that a main circuit over voltage fault doesn’t occur.
• Braking device used :
- braking resistor unit (for 400V class only)
- braking unit
• When braking device is NOT used, deceleration time should be long
enough to prevent the over voltage.

2

(use deceleration time in F2.04 for stall prevention function)
• When setting 1 is selected, deceleration is started if the phase current
continues to be higher than the stall prevention level for more than
100ms. The motor is accelerated back to the reference frequency again
when the current falls below this level.

O
• P2.06 can be used to set the stall prevention level during running
• This setting is valid when P2.05 =1 or 2
• Normally it isn’t necessary to change this setting.
• Decrease this setting when:
- The motor capacity is small compared to the inverter capacity
- Stall occurs when the motor is operated with the factory setting
• Set this value as a percentage of the inverter’ s rated current
(i.e. 100% corresponds to the inverter’s rated current)
