defrosting Setting
Use settings and times in this table as guide lines for defrosting by gentle
steaming.
We recommend to always fill-up the water tank with fresh water to the maximum
level.
This mode is suitable to defrost food such as small pieces of meat, fish poultry
and fruits.

10 minutes in the Fan Oven Mode (200 °C) for killing bacteria in the
cavity.
