Even when the outdoor unit power is off, it is dangerous when you come in contact with inverter PCB and fan PCB since they are charged with high DC
voltage.

When there were error, 'Dicharge mode of DC link voltage' may not have been effective. Especialy if error E464 and E364 have been occured, power
element might be damaged by fire and therefore, do not use the 'Discharge mode of DC link
