Used to open and close customer level programming. If programming is not opened

and an attempt is made to access a system MMC, the error message [NOT PERMIT]
will be displayed. A four-digit passcode is required to access this MMC. Each digit

can be 0-9. When opened, this MMC enables access to all MMCs allowed in MMC

802 (Customer Access MMC Number).
