Storing the control thermo-
stat
Risk of damage to the control thermostat
due to improper storage.

Observe the storage instructions.

Avoid long storage times.

Contact SAMSON in case of different
storage conditions or longer storage
times.
Storage instructions
Î
Protect the control thermostat against ex-
ternal influences (e.g. impact).
Î
Secure the control thermostat in the
stored position against slipping or tip-
ping over.
Î
Do not damage the corrosion protection
(paint, surface coatings). Repair any
damage immediately.
Î
Protect the control thermostat against
moisture and dirt. Store it at a relative
humidity of less than 75 %. In damp
spaces, prevent condensation. If neces-
sary, use a drying agent or heating.
Î
Make sure that the ambient air is free of
acids or other corrosive media.
Î
The permissible storage temperature of
the control thermostat is between –20
and +65 °C/–4 to +150 °F.
Î
Do not place any objects on the control
thermostat.

We recommend regularly checking the con-
trol thermostat and the prevailing storage
conditions during long storage periods.
