Data exchange
'No valid measuring range found' is
displayed when entered data does not
match the available measuring range
of the connected Media 6 device.
Recheck entered data and change
accordingly. Alternatively, connect a
Media 6 device with the matching
measuring range. The maximum span
adjustment is 1:5.
The SAMSON memory pen can also be used to exchange data between TROVIS-VIEW 4
and the Media 6 device. The memory pen serves as a data carrier and is able to load and
store data from the Media 6 device or TROVIS-VIEW 4 in its non-volatile memory.
Before data transmission, the
notification message concerning the
matching measuring range appears.
When the measuring range does not
match, the error code 8 appears in
[Maintenance] ('ERROR 8' appears in
the display of the Media 6 device) after
data transmission.
