Service and warranties in Germany
Regardless of the obligations of the seller vis-a-vis the purchaser, the manufacturer
assumes a warranty in accordance with the specifications in the enclosed documen
-
tation.

NOTICE
Repairs carried out under warranty are only performed by SAMIX GmbH.
NOTICE
In the case of faults needing repair, send the entire SAMIX
®
ES500 device to SAMIX GmbH.
Use the material of the original packaging or request packaging material from SAMIX GmbH
to send in the device.
In addition, observe the following information for services:
•
A quote can be obtained for service repairs.
•
For SAMIX
®
devices sent in, a return deadline of 6 working days following receipt
or confirmation of the quote is promised.
•
Mixing blades and jars, as well as other SAMIX
®
products, are not covered under
the warranty.
•
The warranty claim becomes null and void if unauthorized operations or proce-
dures have been performed on the device. Damage arising from improper use or
as a result of force majeure or other external influences is not covered under the
warranty.
•
The parts replaced during maintenance and repair become the property of SAMIX
GmbH.
•
Claims beyond the free troubleshooting, for e.g. damages, cannot be asserted
within the framework of the warranty.
•
A warranty claim only exists if proof of purchase can be demonstrated.
