Disassembly
- Unscrew the 3 screws (6) from the cover (5) with an hexagon key.
- Remove the cover (5).
- Remove the muffler (4).
- Unscrew the 2 screws (3) from the exhaust grid (10) with an hexagon key.
- Remove the exhaust grid (10).
- Unscrew the 3 screws (3) from the cover (2) with an hexagon key.
- Remove the cover (2).
- Remove the muffler (23).
- Unscrew the 4 nuts (9).
- Remove the reversing body (11).
- Remove the seal (14a / 14b).
- Remove the 3 connecting tubes (27).
- Remove the seals (24) from the connecting tubes (27).
- Remove the cylinder (15a / 15b).
- Remove the seal holder (13).
- Remove the piston assembly (17a / 17b) from the control rod assembly (19).
- Unscrew the coupling screw (22).
- Remove the O-Ring seal (21).
- Remove the piston (17a / 17b) from the control rod assembly (19).
- Remove the seal (18a / 18b).
- Remove the seal (14a / 14b).
- Remove the seal (26a / 26b) with a flat screwdriver.
Assembly
Apply a light coating of grease on the seals.
Installation direction of the seal (26a / 26b) : lip up.
- Pinch and install the seal (26a / 26b) on the motor flange (28a / 28b).
- Install the seal (14a / 14b) on the motor flange (28a / 28b).
- Install the seal (18a / 18b) on the piston (17a / 17b).
- Install the seal (21) on the coupling screw (22).
- Apply a light coating of grease on the spring (20) (grease, model A1).
- Install a spring (20) in the piston (17a / 17b).
- Install the control rod assembly (19) in the piston (17a / 17b).
- Install the second spring (20) in the piston (17a / 17b).
- Ensure that the control rod assembly (19) is outside the piston (17a / 17b).
- Screw the coupling screw (22) on the piston (17a / 17b).
- Install the piston (17a / 17b) / control rod assembly (19) on the motor flange (28a / 28b).
- Apply a light coating of grease on the seal holder (13) (grease, model A1).
- Install the seal holder (13) on the control rod assembly (19).
- Apply a light coating of grease on the cylinder (15a / 15b).
- Install the cylinder (15a / 15b) on the piston (17a / 17b) - control rod assembly (19).
- Install the seals (24) on the coupling tubes (27).
- Install the coupling tubes (27) on the motor flange (28a / 28b).
- Install the seal (14a / 14b) on the reversing body (11).
- Screw the reversing body (11) by means of the nuts (9) on the tie-rod (16).
- Apply a light coating of glue (glue, model C2) on the valve (8).
- Screw the valve (8) on the control rod assembly (19) with two wrenches.
