PUMP DRAINING
Guards (air motor cover, coupling shields, housings …) have been designed for
safe use of the equipment.
The manufacturer will not be held responsible for bodily injury or failure and / or
damage to property due to removal or partial removal of the guards.
- Adjust the pump air inlet pressure to get 1 bar / 14.5 psi.
- Adjust the gun air inlet pressure to get 0 bar / 0 psi (Airmix® model).
- Remove the suction rod from the product container.
- Remove the aircap and the nozzle from the gun.
- Drain the residual product from the product container by triggering the gun.
- Clean the suction rod with a cloth and some solvent.
- Insert the suction rod in a solvent container.
- Trigger the gun towards an empty container until the solvent becomes clean.
- Adjust the pump air inlet pressure to get 1 bar / 14.5 psi.
- Stop the main air inlet.
- Trigger the gun one more time to empty the residual solvent from the gun.
