Danger of wound
Possible, when replacing operating parts with sharp edges. For any repair and maintenance
works always wear safety gloves.
PROHIBITIONS!
Bear in mind the following bans when operating the machine.
It is forbidden to perform the following:
use the sweeper for purposes other than mentioned herein,
any self-modifications and repairs,
operating sweeper by minors as well as not being learned with content of the operator's manual
or by persons without qualifications to drive tractors,
operating sweeper by persons under influence of alcohol or other abusive substances,
remain between sweeper and tractor with engine in motion,
performing operations related to machine's servicing and adjustment with engine on.
Residual risk assessment
Keep the following recommendations:
learn operator’s manual thoroughly,
do not remain between sweeper and tractor with engine in motion,
maintenance and repair of the machine to be performed by skilled personnel only,
operating the machine by persons holding adequate qualifications to drive tractors and have
learned the operator’s manual,
protecting the sweeper from children, as it is possible to eliminate residual risk when operating
the sweeper with no hazard to people and the environment.
When the risk of being exposed to noise cannot be avoided or eliminated
by any group protective means or organization of work, employer
(operator) must:
1) provide the operator with individual means of noise protection, if the
noise level in work place exceeds 80 dB.
2) provide the operator with individual means of noise protection and
supervise its proper use, if the noise level in work place reaches or
exceeds 85 dB.
