4.1.

Safety rules when driving on public roads

Due to road traffic safety  and respective provisions, it is necessary, that when operating or

driving  on  public  roads  the  aggregate  consisting  of  tractor  and  mounted  sweeper,  meets
requirements as these for the tractor itself.

Sweeper must have the following mounted on:

additional lights (such as: tractor's rear lights);

white and red warning plates;

warning triangle to mark a slow-moving vehicle.

Sweeper has side reflective lights mounted in such manner.

Design of sweeper enables portable lighting devices to be mounted, and also warning and other
plates into normalized catches, designed for this purpose.

NOTE:
1.

Lighting  devices,  warning  plates  and  marking  plate  are  not  part  of

sweeper's basic equipment.

2.

Mentioned lighting devices and marking plate can be ordered at points

trading farming machinery parts or at the manufacturer.

4.2.

Residual risk

Residual risk description

NOTE!
Despite the fact, that SaMASZ company – the manufacturer of sweeper takes
responsibility  for  the  sweeper's  design  and  manufacturing,  in  order  to
eliminate  risk,  certain  elements  of  residual  risk  when  operating  the  sweeper
are unavoidable.

NOTE!
Present residual risk results mainly from erroneous actions of the machine’s
operator and not respecting the manual’s principles.

NOTE!
When  describing  residual  risk,  the  sweeper  shall  be  considered  a  machine,
which  until  the  moment  of  production  launching  had  been  designed  and
manufactured  in  accordance  with  top  technology  level  actual  as  per  the
sweeper manufacture date.
