3. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• No fire near of the equipment.

• Check that the suction pipes and return 

cleaning liquid is properly inserted and 

fixed in the corresponding deposit.

• Check that the suction pipes and return 

liquid cleaner have no damage or are bent.   

• Check the cleaning liquid level present 

in the deposits. Cleaner liquid minimum 

level should cover completely the filter 

suction pipe.

3.3. CLOTHING AND P.P.E.

The operator must use anti-solvent/antacid 

rubber gloves in order to make sure that the 

hands do not come into contact with the products 

used for washing.
The operator should always wear goggles to 

avoid spraying the product, you can contact with 

eyes.
The use of water-based products not exclude the 

use of appropriate clothing and risk assessment 

in relation to the working environment in accor-

dance with the law of each country.

3.4. SAFETY USE

It’s expressly forbidden to use or allow the use of 

Double 250 by anyone who has not read com-

pletely, understood and assimilated exactly what 

is written in this manual. It’s expressly forbidden 

to use or allow the use of Double 250 by unquali-

fied personnel or personnel have not been 

properly trained.

 

The Double 250 was built for washing parts or 

small objects that are soiled with paint solvent 

and water based.
If the cleaners come in contact with skin or eyes, 

wash with plenty of water and seek medical 

area.
It’s recommended that you familiarize yourself 

with the control devices and their functions 

before starting work.

3.5. NUMBER OF OPERATORS

Only one operator is needed to operate the 

machine. The presence of other staff is only possi-

ble during the phases of installation, maintenan-

ce and dismantling. 
In all instances, the staff that use the machine, 

occasionally, must answer to the requisites 

described in the previous paragraph.

3.6. INCORRECT USE OF THE MACHINE

The machine was designed with the intention for 

professional use only.
Any other use may cause damage to the machine 

and/or create dangerous situations for which the 

manufacturer can’t be held responsible.
In particular:
The use of solvents containing chlorides or fluori-

des of carbon and substances with a base of 

allogeneic hydrocarbons is expressly prohibited.
In addition, the machine must not be used for 

washing or greasing of objects designed to come 

into contact with foodstuffs.
National laws regarding the use and disposal of 

products used for cleaning and washing parts 

must be observed, as well as the elimination of 

the machine itself.

3.7. GENERAL SAFETY AND ACCIDENT 

PREVENTION

This machine must have as its primary objective 

for the sole purpose for which it was expressly 

designed. The manufacturer can’t be held respon-

sible for any damage to people, animals and 

objects caused by improper, erroneous or unrea-

sonable use of the machine.
Disconnect the air supply to the machine before 

performing any cleaning or maintenance.
In case of failure and/or malfunction of the 

machine, turn off, not directly intervene; consult a 

service center authorized by the manufacturer 

and use only original spare parts.
The user is obliged to check the right environmen-

tal conditions (For example, low temperatures or 

high) where the machine is located, which may 

affect performance and/or severely damaged.
The use of equipment with an open flame or 

welders or manipulate incandescent materials 

near the Double 250 is expressly prohibited.
It’s expressly forbidden to place objects of sizes 

and weights inadequate working on the floor.
