DHCP SERVER CONFIGURATION
Object:
This function is for "
Enabling
" or "
Disabling
" the modem/router's DHCP server
function with its own parameters. The DHCP server automatically assigns an IP
configuration to any computer connected to the modem/router.
This area displays all the default settings of the modem/router's DHCP server.
The
DHCP server
is always "
Enabled" by default
(
button showing).
If you want to
change the DHCP server settings, you must save the
configuration
(
SAVE
button) then
reset the modem
and all the equipment
connected to it.

The first address assigned by the DHCP server.
Note:
This IP address should belong to the same
subnetwork as that of the modem/router IP
address.
