You can at any time ascertain the status of your modem/router and your ADSL line by displaying
the connection icon
in the task bar.
In Windows only.
This icon appears immediately installation is finished and indicates that the modem is
operational and that the ADSL line is connected to the Internet.
In the event of a fault, two other icons can appear in the task bar. These are detailed
in appendix A - Troubleshooting.
For more details, click this icon;
the screen opposite appears.
Click the
button to close the window.
If, inadvertently, you close the window by clicking the
(Close) button, the icon
disappears from the task bar.
To redisplay this icon, select
Start
