Initial Product Start-up
In some cases, where low water pressure exists or where the product is being fed by the pump accessory, the
product may start to fill with water but not complete its first fill within the allowed filling time period. It is
recommended that each sump is primed with 600-700 ml of water before switching on the product for the first
time. If measuring this amount of water is not possible, the water guide in the sump moulding can be used for
reference. Fill the sump with water until the top surface of the water is level with the top of the water guide. See
Fig. 13 for details on the location of the water guide.

Power and Water Connections
Both the M500 and M1000 products can be installed side by side to elongate the flame effect. When supplying
power to multiple products, ensure the maximum wattage of the combined products does not exceed the rated
capacity of the MCB in the circuit. The water supply to multiple products should be constructed in a manifold
style configuration and sized appropriately for the number of units that are being installed so a consistent volume
water and pressure is being supplied to each unit.
