5.3 Adjusting the Alarm Duration

(The factory default setting is 1
minute)
The exit time will flash on the dis-
play until the adjustment is saved.

ting After the setting is completed, return
the Smart Panel to STANDBY for
mode selection.
5.4 Muting the Audible Countdown
When the Smart Panel is ARMED the audible countdown (beeper) can be silenced by
pressing the
MUTE button, during the countdown. To reactivate the audible count-
down (beeper) simply press the button again.
5.5 Tamper protection for the control panel
• Cut the mounting template and tape it in position, drill holes into the wall using the
screws & jackets on where the holes are marked.
• Ensure the mounting surface is clean, peel back one layer of the protective film and
attach it to the magnet.
• Peel back the remaining layer of protective film and press the magnet firmly in place
against the mounting surface until firmly attached.
• The system tamper is now enabled by turn the panel to either HOME/ALERT/ARM
mode.
