Description
0 Hour counter
Indicates the number of hours the com-
pressor has run -- the figure displayed
must be multiplied by 10.
1 Start/start
Specifies the number of seconds that
must elapse from when the compressor
has been started to when it can be started
again.
2 Stop/start
Specifies the number of seconds that
must elapse from the compressor stops to
when it can start again.
3 Prelubrication
This timer specifies the number of
seconds the oil pump must run before the
compressor is started.
Note:
On some compressors, prelubrication is
not necessary.
4 Oil flow
When prelubrication is started, a signal
must be sent from the flow switch before
this timer expires. If a signal is not re-
ceived, an alarm will be activated.
5 Motor feed-back
When the compressor motor starts, the
motor feed-back must be present before
this timer expires. If not, an alarm will be
activated.
6 Suction pressure ramp function
Specifies how rapidly the compressor ca-
pacity is allowed to be changed, i.e. how
much time is needed to change the suc-
tion pressure 1.0 bar.
7 Slide max.
When the compressor stops, the capacity
will move towards 0% capacity. If the
capacity has not been reduced to under
5% within the period to which the timer
has been set, an alarm will be activated.
8 Delay before start
When the UNISAB S-Control is in
auto-
matic
mode, start-up of the compressor
will be delayed by the indicated number
of seconds when you are beyond the
P.Band area of the regulator. In case of a
minor deviation, the timer will count
more slowly.
9 Delay before stop
This timer specifies how many seconds
the compressor will run at 5% capacity
or less. This timer does not apply in man-
ual mode.
1998 seconds are indicated in the table as
the max. running time at 5% capacity. If
you do not want the compressor to stop
automatically, you must select a higher
timer value. This is indicated in the dis-
play like this:
-
which means
¥
= infinite.
The following are digital inputs and not
timers.
10
Motor feed-back
.
11
External start permission (normal stop).
12
External start permission (instant stop).
13
Set points no.1/no.2.
14
Oil flow switch
15
Thermistor
If input is active,
Time
shows “1”. If the in-
put is not active, “0” is displayed.
If the compressor is being prevented from
starting due to this input, the
Time
LED will
flash.
