PREPARATION
1.
Sit the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
2. When cooking with oil, fill the pot to between the MIN and MAX marks.
3. When cooking with cheese or bouillon, don’t fill the pot more than half full.
4. Put the plug into the power socket.
5. Set the temperature control.
6. The light will come on, then cycle on and off as the thermostat maintains the temperature.
7.
Wait till the light goes out before cooking.
8. Put the pot on the base.
For oil/bouillon fondue:
a) Fit the fork holder on top of the pot, to hold the forks while cooking
b) Prepare the sauce.
c) Prepare the food and mount it on the fork.
