Command and Example
Number of release packets for this session
This command allows only one CLI session,
which shows the binding information. If there
are multiple sessions, CLI displays the error
that another CLI session is possibly ongoing.
ruckus(config-dhcp)# reset dhcp bindings <ip
|pool_name optional | all>
This command clears DHCP bindings for an
IP address or clears the entire vSZ-D.
broadcast-address
Sets the logical address at which the devices
are connected to receive datagrams.
NOTE
This command is seen on
specifying the pool name.

default-router
Sets the default router for the pool.
NOTE

default-lease-time
Sets the default lease timer value in days in
the range 1 ~ 3888000 (45 days). By default
the lease time value is 30000 .

dhcp-log-syslog
Sends the DHCP events to the Syslog server.
The value must be in the range 1 to 7.
ruckus(config-dhcp)# dhcp-log-syslog level

Example:
vSZ-D(config-dhcp)# dhcp-log-syslog level 7
dhcp syslog level 7 is set

Saves changes, and informs the data core to
read the configuration file.
ruckus(config-dhcp)# end
exclude-address
Specifies the list of addresses to be excluded
from the pool. Addresses are comma
separated and must be within the pool subnet
defined in the network
NOTE
This command is seen on
specifying the pool name.
ruckus(config-dhcp)# exclude-address

Example:
ruckus(config-dhcp)# exclude-address 1.2.3.4
exit
Exits without informing the data core.
ruckus(config-dhcp)# exit
help
Displays the help message

history
Shows a list of previously run commands

host
Sets the host name
ruckus(config-dhcp)# host <name>
ip-subnet
Sets a particular subnet address.
NOTE
This command is seen on
specifying the pool name.
ruckus(config-dhcp)# ip-subnet <d.d.d.d.>
Example:
