TRANSACTION DATA TOTALS
The ER
designed to maintain totals ot all transaction data The data can be printed out by taking either an "X" or
position reading
PERIODIC "X" POSITION READING
An "X" position reading can be taken to obtain a printout of all transaction data totals

not clear or erase any totals

s (MA) key and turn to the
"X" position on the control lock Then press the

TOTAL CLEAR "Z" POSITION READING
A "Z" position reading can be taken to also obtain a printout of all transaction data totals

use total sales for each 2 hour
period

the memory If no sales are transacted during a particular 2 hour period there

The grand total of all transactions automatically maintained by the cash register at all times

the machine and cannot be erased or tampered
The running grand total
cumulate all transactions to
a running total sale figure
The locked
grand total can only be obtained by taking a "Z" position reading When programming the register you are given the option of
having
grand total printout on the "Z" reading (See page 20)
