Day & Night
The Day & Night menu allows the selection of the day/night mode as well as color and aperture suppression.
D&N Mode
Day & Night Mode can be set to Auto, Color or Black-and-White. Auto is a true day/night function where the
camera automatically switches between color and b/w depending on the light level. In Color mode, the
camera stays in day mode and in B/W mode, the camera stays in night mode. From D&N mode, select to turn
color Burst ON or OFF in night mode and select the amount of time to switch from color to B/W or B/W to
color. The Read Time setting adjusts the delay time for the filter to switch.
C-SUP and A-SUP
Use these settings to reduce (suppress) the color or aperture settings. For C-SUP and A-SUP to function, 3D-
DNR must be set to OFF. The range can then be set from 0-100 (default is 40); the higher the number, the
more reduction.
Function
The Function menu has settings for Mirror, Sharpness, Gamma, Freeze, Nega (negative), 3D DNR (Digital
Noise Reduction), Digital Zoom, SLC (Side Light Compensation), HME (Highlight Mask Exposure), and DIS
(Digital Image Stabilization)

Use the Mirror setting to MIRROR (reverse), FLIP (vertical) or ROTATE the image. These can be turned OFF
(default).
Sharpness
Adjust the sharpness of the image from 0-49 (17 is default).
Gamma
Adjust the gamma level to 0.45 (default), 0.6 or 1.
Freeze
The freeze function can be turned ON or OFF (default). ON allows viewing a still image.
Nega
The nega setting can be turned ON or OFF (default). On reverses the color, appearing as a negative image.
3D DNR
The Digital Noise Reduction function adjusts the illuminance noise level in low light situations. It can be set to
OFF, LOW, MIDDLE (default) or HIGH.
D-Zoom
Digital Zoom can be turned ON or OFF (default). When ON, there are settings for digital zooming up to 3X,
setting pan and tilt positions (left/right or up/down) and turning ON or OFF a display of the PTZ amounts.
