maintenance.
The section deals with preventive maintenance and
service work on the grapple module.
IMPORTANT!
More extensive adjustments and repairs
must be carried out by an authorized
service workshop. Contact your supplier
for information on service providers.
Spare parts
Order spare parts through your dealer.
Always provide the grapple module a model and
manufacturing number as noted on the information
plate.
Only use original spare parts from Rototilt Group
AB. Rototilt Group AB will accept no liability for the
product if other spare parts are used.
Daily Checks
• Check for visible defects.
• Check for oil leaks.
• Check that all decals are legible.
• Function control for all functions.
• Check for chafing on hydraulic hoses.
IMPORTANT!
Carry out maintenance actions.
Lubricate every 8 operating hours.
Lubricate the grapple arm bearings and hydraulic
cylinders every 8 operating hours.

Be aware of the environment; make sure
no hydraulic oil leaks out.
Exercise caution when replacing hydraulic
components; use a collection vessel.
