Disabling the Alarm for a PSU
If you need to remove a PSU from the NK-3G144, you can disable the alarm for the PSU.
To disable the alarm for a PSU that has been removed from the frame
1. Open the routing switcher device tab (see “ The NK-3G144 Device Tab ” on page 36).
2. Select the Card Details tab.
3. On the simulated NK-3G144, click on the PSU that you have removed or switched off.
4. Clear the Alarm/PSU Detection Enabled check box.
5. Send the current file to the device (see “ Sending a Configuration File to a Device ” on page 47).
Resetting the NK-3G144
When you perform a reset, the NK-3G144 loads the last known operating state and configuration file that is stored
in memory.
To reset the device
• In DashBoard , click the Reboot button located at the bottom of the device page.
Loading Default Settings
If you want to load the default settings of the device, the default configuration file needs to be sent to the device.
To load the default settings
• In DashBoard , send the default configuration file to the NK-3G144 (see “ Sending a Configuration File to a
Device ” on page 47).

If the NK-3G144 fails to accept any files that are sent to it, you should reset the device.
