A routing switcher can have up to eight partitions. The number of inputs/outputs per partition is calculated by
dividing the matrix size of the routing switcher by the number of partitions. If this does not divide exactly, any
remaining inputs and outputs cannot be used.
For example, a 144×144 routing switcher may be partitioned as shown in Figure 5.5 , Figure 5.6 , or Figure 5.7 .
