second source is embedded in Head B. This only applies
to the Video Processor MultiViewer.
5.
Use the
Source Group
and
Source
knobs to
select the video source you want to assign to the
selected MultiViewer source (Id).
Note:
Some internal video sources cannot be routed to
the MultiViewer directly (using the ME Bus Follows for
example). When this occurs the video is replaced with a
Source Not Supported By MultiViewer
message.
Note:
If you are selecting a UHD-2SI input, only BNCs 1,
5, 9, 13, or 17 can be selected. The UHD-2SI encoding
method uses four 1080 video streams to create the
UHDTV1 image. The remaining three video inputs are not
shown on the list. The MultiViewer only outputs in 1080.
Note:
If you assign a UHD-2SI source to a MultiViewer
box, only sub image 3 of the source is shown.
Tip:
Look Ahead Preview can be used as a source in the
MultiViewer to replace both ME PV, and ME PGM. When
assigned to a MultiViewer box, the Look Ahead Preview
displays the program output of the ME if the ME is not on
air. When the ME is on-air, the Look Ahead Preview
displays the preview output of the ME; however, the box is
not tallied green for preview. This reduces the need to
dedicate multiple boxes the program and preview outputs.
Refer to
for more information on this
feature.
Note:
Sources 21 to 32 are fixed and available to all heads.
