MASH MAKING
Attention!
– Use this attachment (13) to make the mash from boiled
potatoes, carrot or other vegetables.
– To make mash, it is recommended to use mealy sorts
of potato.
– Do not immerse the mash making attachment into boil-
ing liquids, for example, when cooking soup.
•
Insert the mash making attachment (13) into the motor
unit (3), and turn it counterclockwise until bumping,
make sure that the attachment (13) is fixed properly.
•
Insert the plug into the mains socket.
•
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes of approxi-
mately 2x2 cm.
•
Boil the potatoes until they are ready and pour the
water out.
•
Immerse the mash making attachment (13) into the
warm, boiled potatoes.
•
Press and hold the «TURBO» operation button (4)
•
Move the mash making attachment (13) up and down,
gradually adding milk and butter, and salt to taste.
Maximal operation time with the attachment (13) is no
more than 90 seconds.
•
After using the unit take the power plug out of the
socket.
•
Remove the attachment (13) by turning it counterclock-
wise.
CLEANING
Attention! The blades of the chopping knife (8) are
very sharp and may be dangerous. Handle the chopping
knife (8) very carefully!
1. Unplug the unit before cleaning.
2. Remove the attachments. Use a slightly damp cloth
to clean the motor unit (3) and the gears (9, 12), then
wipe them dry.
3. After processing salty and sour products, it is necessary
to rinse the blender attachment (1) or the chopping knife
(8) with water immediately.
4. While possessing products with strong dyeing proper-
ties (for instance, carrot or beetroot) the attachments
and bowls can get colored, wipe the attachments and the
bowls with a cloth dampened in vegetable oil; after that
wash the attachments and bowls with a neutral detergent.
5. Wash the attachments that contacted products with
warm water and a neutral detergent and dry them thor-
oughly after use. Wash the whisk attachment (11) all over
and wash only the lower part of the blender attachment
(1) and the mash making attachment (13).
6. Do not immerse the motor unit (3) and the gears (9, 12)
into any liquids, do not wash them under water jet or in a
dishwashing machine.
STORAGE
•
Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before taking it away
for long storage.
•
Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit (3).
•
Keep the unit out of reach of children and disabled per-
sons.
