fix tightly (having preliminary installed the filter for one (14) or two

float water level indicator (12) pops up, after which it is neces-
sary to empty the drip tray.

SELECTING GROUND COFFEE
Coffee must be well roasted and freshly ground. Pre-ground
coffee can retain its aroma for 7 to 8 days if stored in a closed
container and in a cool place.
It is not recommended to store coffee in a fridge or freezer.
For  a  higher  quality  coffee,  the  manufacturer  recommends
using freshly ground coffee beans.

GRINDING COFFEE
Grinding is a key step in the process of making coffee and it
requires a lot of practice.
•  Properly ground coffee should look like salt.
•  Too  fine  grinding  can  result  in  intermittent  coffee  flow  or

inability to brew the beverage.

•  If ground coffee is too coarse, water will flow through the

coffee too quickly, which will affect the aroma and taste of
the extracted coffee.

•  You can control the grinding degree by adjusting the coffee

grinder built in the coffee machine (see the chapter below).

•  Recommended settings:
•  Freshly  roasted  coffee  beans  (no  more  than  1  month),

the grinding position is set between 10-15, for a double
portion of coffee, about 19 g of powder is required, for
one - 13 g.

•  To obtain a homogeneous ground coffee, adjust the grind-

ing  degree  according  to  the  type  and  quality  of  coffee
beans in order to have a high-quality cup of coffee.
