You try to start BN-20 utility though it is already running.
Utility is resident software that remains active even when it is hidden from the screen. When it is hid-
den from the screen, it is located in the task tray in the lower right corner of the computer screen.

machine is allowed to stand with the empty cartridge, it may result in a malfunction.
