Maintenance
7.1
Personal Protective Equipment and Personnel Qualification
When working on and with the power chuck DURO-A, personal protective
equipment must be worn. The owner is responsible for providing personal
protective equipment.
▪ Personal protective equipment must be in perfect condition when carry-
ing out work. Defective safety equipment is to be replaced immediately.
▪ Observe information on personal protective equipment posted in the
working area.
▪ During
rotational operation
of the power chuck DURO-A,
no
protective
gloves are to be worn! Hand protection is only to be worn during trans-
port, assembly and maintenance and as long as the power chuck
DURO-A is at a standstill.

Work on and with the power chuck may only be carried out by qualified oper-
ating and specialist personnel (see

).

The regular maintenance work is described in the following:
