4.8.2  Instructions

To install the pressure relief valve, follow the steps below. 

1.  On the bottom of the tankless water heater, hand tighten the 

Pressure Relief Valve Assembly

 

and 

Gasket

 to the 

Pressure Relief Valve Union Fitting

2. 

Rotate the 

Pressure Relief Valve Assembly

 to the desired accessible position. With a wrench, 

tighten the 

Union Nut

 to the 

Pressure Relief Valve Union Fitting

.

The Pressure Relief Valve 

Assembly can rotate 360° 

to accommodate the 

application.
