DAUERBETRIEB (A)
Brenner ohne Leistungsregler KS 40

Nach Beendigung der Anlaufphase geht die
Steuerung des Stellantriebs auf die Fernsteue-
rung TR Ÿber, die den Druck oder die Tempera-
tur des Kessels Ÿberwacht, Punkt B.
¥ Wenn die Temperatur oder der Druck niedrig

und die Fernsteuerung TR geschlossen ist,
steigert der Brenner die Leistung stufenweise
bis zur Hšchstleistung (Strecke B-C).

¥ Wenn die Temperatur oder der Druck dann bis

zur …ffnung von TR steigt, senkt der Brenner
die Leistung stufenweise bis zur Mindestlei-
stung (Strecke D-E), u.s.w.

¥ Der Brenner schaltet sich aus, wenn der WŠr-

mebedarf geringer ist, als die vom Brenner auf
Mindestleistung gelieferte WŠrme (Strecke F-
G). Die Fernsteuerung TL geht in offene Stel-
lung, der Stellmotor geht auf den vom Nocken-
schaltschŸtz II)(A)S.20 begrenzten 0

beschrŠnkt den WŠrmeverlust auf ein Mini-

Bei jeder Leistungsumschaltung Šndert der

Wenn der Brenner nicht zŸndet, erfolgt die Stšr-
abschaltung des Brenners innerhalb von 5 s ab

Erlischt die Flamme plštzlich wŠhrend des Bren-
nerbetriebs, erfolgt nach 1s die Stšrabschaltung
des Brenners.

ing 12 at the pressure adjusted by the regula-
tor 13, then, through piping 7), it goes back
into the tank.

STEADY STATE OPERATION (A)
Burner without output regulator KS 40

At the end of the starting cycle, the servo-motor
control then passes to load control TR for boiler
pressure or temperature, point B.
¥ If the temperature or pressure is low (and the

TR load control is consequently closed), the
burner progressively increases output up to
MAX (section B-C).

¥ If subsequently the temperature or pressure

increases until TR opens, the burner progres-
sively decreases output down to MIN (section
D-E). And so on.

¥ The burner locks out when demand for heat is

less than the heat supplied by the burner in the
MIN output (section F-G).
Load control TL opens. The servomotor
returns to the 0

 angle limited by contact with

cam II)(A)p.20. The gate valve closes com-
pletely to reduce thermal dispersion to a mini-
mum. 

Every time output is changed, the servomotor
automatically modiÞes gas oil delivery (pressure
regulator) and air delivery (fan gate valve).

rature de la chaudi•re, point B.

et que par consŽquent la tŽlŽcommande TR
est fermŽe, le bržleur augmente progressive-
ment la puissance jusqu'ˆ la valeur MAX (seg-
ment B-C).

ensuite jusqu'ˆ l'ouverture de TR, le bržleur
rŽduit progressivement la puissance jusqu'ˆ la
