Booklet Stitching Mechanism
Paper which has been stitched in the center is pressed in by the booklet stitch folding roller with the
folding blade.
The paper folded by the folding roller is released by the paper exit shutter, and is stacked in the booklet
tray one sheet at a time.
A compact layout is achieved by sharing the edge binding stapler, booklet tray, transport, and stack.
The stapler unit and the folding process unit are divided.
Booklet stitch bundle transport and pressure release
In the case of booklet stitching, the paper must be transported to the stapling position.
Booklet transport rollers are provided at two positions, upper and lower. The transport and timing of the
rollers which transport the bundle differ according to the paper size.
